Role Overview

We are looking for a  Senior FP&A Business Analyst  with strong experience in  SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) to support FP&A planning and forecasting processes, planning operations, and data governance activities within a global environment.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in financial planning and analysis, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, data management, and business process support, while working closely with regional and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAC Planning workflows aligned with FP&A planning and forecasting cycles.

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize planning models, stories, data actions, allocations, and reporting solutions within SAC.

• Develop and maintain import and live data connections between SAC and SAP/non-SAP systems.

• Support Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX planning models and related analysis activities.

• Participate in monthly and quarterly FP&A planning and forecasting cycles.

• Analyse governance reports and identify data quality, synchronization, and consistency issues.

• Act as a data steward for SAC Planning, supporting validation, change management, and governance processes.

• Manage operational support and service tickets, coordinating issue resolution across teams.

• Work with SAP data structures and end-to-end data flows across SAC, Datasphere, BW, HANA, MDM, and ECC environments.

• Support SAC predictive planning and augmented analytics capabilities.

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions for financial and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistency and best practices across SAC Planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Business Analysis, or similar functions.

• Hands-on experience with  SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) .

• Experience designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAC Planning solutions.

• Strong understanding of FP&A planning and forecasting processes.

• Experience designing and managing planning models, stories, data actions, allocations, and reports.

• Experience working with SAP and non-SAP data sources.

• Experience with Workforce Planning, OPEX Planning, and CAPEX Planning.

• Knowledge of:

• SAP Datasphere
• SAP BW
• SAP HANA
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• SAP ECC • Strong understanding of SAP data structures and end-to-end data flows.

• Experience with SAC predictive planning and augmented analytics capabilities.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•  Advanced English (mandatory).
