About the Client

A full-service promotional products and branded merchandise company is looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and grow long-term customer accounts through consultative, relationship-driven selling.

The company works with thousands of businesses globally, helping organizations strengthen their brands through customized products, corporate gifting, and promotional solutions. As it expands its sales organization, it's investing in salespeople who act as trusted advisors rather than order processors.

About the Role

The Account Executive owns the complete sales process — from prospecting and discovery through quoting, closing, and account expansion. Day-to-day, this means diagnosing customer goals, recommending the right product solutions, building accurate quotes with sound margins, and staying connected with customers to surface repeat and upsell opportunities. Success means consistent revenue attainment, growing account value over time, and customer relationships that generate repeat business.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover future purchasing opportunities.
• Work consistently toward revenue and sales targets.

Consultative Selling

• Run discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and business needs.
• Recommend promotional product solutions positioned against customer objectives.
• Create value through creative, tailored product recommendations.

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers beyond individual transactions.
• Build multi-contact relationships across customer organizations.
• Develop long-term customer loyalty that drives repeat business.

Product & Pricing Management

• Create accurate quotes and proposals across product and supplier options.
• Manage margins and make commercially sound pricing decisions.
• Balance customer needs with profitable deal structures.

Independent Problem Solving

• Take ownership of customer challenges through to resolution.
• Adapt sales strategies based on customer responses and deal dynamics.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of B2B sales or Account Executive experience with full-cycle ownership from prospecting through close
• Demonstrated track record selling to US-based customers
• Verifiable quota achievement and closed-deal results (revenue figures, attainment %, or account growth on CV)
• Hands-on experience building quotes and proposals, including margin and pricing management on product-based deals
• Proven account expansion experience — upselling or cross-selling existing customers after the initial sale
• C1+ English (CEFR) for live, client-facing sales conversations with US decision-makers

Nice-to-Have

• Promotional products, branded merchandise, or corporate gifting sales background
• B2B ecommerce, wholesale, or apparel/product-based sales experience
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Prior success in commission-based compensation structures
