Bilingual Property Management Secretary (English/French) - Remote

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual Property Management Secretary to support our team. This is a vital role where you will manage the administrative and financial heartbeat of our properties. You will handle everything from bookkeeping and rent tracking to serving as the primary point of contact for our complaint center. If you are fluent in English and French, proficient in QuickBooks , and ready to manage administrative workflows for a property portfolio based in Quebec, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Financials: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks . Track rental payments, manage data entry for invoices, and ensure financial reports are up to date.
- Property Administration: Support property management operations by managing files, updating tenant databases, and utilizing our Quebec-based rental property software .
- Client Relations & Complaint Center: Serve as the primary administrative voice for our tenants. Handle incoming inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain professional communication in both English and French.
- Data Management: Execute precise data entry tasks to ensure property information, lease details, and maintenance logs are always current in Excel and our internal management systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Language Fluency (Must-Have): Native or professional proficiency in both English and French (Written and Spoken). This is non-negotiable as you will be communicating with tenants in both languages.
- Software Expertise:
- QuickBooks: Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounts receivable.
- Excel: Advanced data entry and organizational capabilities.
- Rental Property Software: Prior experience with Quebec-specific property management software is highly preferred.
- Experience: A background in Property Management or a high-volume administrative support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST .
