Enrollment Specialist (Remote, U.S. Business Hours)

We are seeking a dedicated, articulate, and persuasive Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry to school enrollment.
The Role
This is a fully remote position. You will be responsible for managing the full lead-to-enrollment lifecycle. You will spend the majority of your day interacting with American families via phone, email, and web chat. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor, a warm communication style, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and web.
• Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing information, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Scheduling: Manage calendars for campus tours and follow-up consultations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with on-site school leadership to ensure a seamless transition for new families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional English Skills: Native-level or near-native (C1/C2) English proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to communicate with nuance, persuasion, and clarity with American families.
• Availability: Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales, or customer acquisition.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume leads and competing tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
• Soft Skills: Warm, persuasive, and empathetic communication style; self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
