Trabajamos con clientes con misión, incluyendo asesores financieros, equipos de bienes raíces, organizaciones sin fines de lucro y marcas personales. Estamos creciendo y buscamos un/a Community Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de forma remota. Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar y monitorear las comunidades digitales de nuestros clientes en Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn y TikTok
- Responder comentarios y mensajes con la voz de cada marca, en inglés y en español
- Programar y publicar contenido según los calendarios aprobados
- Identificar oportunidades de engagement y tendencias relevantes para cada cliente
- Preparar reportes de desempeño y aportar ideas para mejorar resultados
- Colaborar con el equipo de diseño, video y estrategia
- Dominio del inglés y español, escrito y hablado (indispensable)
- Experiencia comprobable gestionando redes sociales para marcas o clientes
- Excelente redacción y ortografía en ambos idiomas
- Conocimiento de las principales plataformas sociales y sus mejores prácticas
- Persona organizada, proactiva y con atención al detalle
- Conexión a internet estable y equipo propio para trabajar de forma remota
- Trabajo 100% remoto
