About the Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented In-Office Financial Data Entry Specialist to join our local team. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Dominican Republic. If you excel at working with numbers, speak fluent English and Spanish, and thrive in an office environment, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Enter daily financial transactions, invoices, and records accurately into our company systems.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical financial documentation.
- Information Verification: Review financial data, cross-check statements, and correct discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Assist our local accounting and administrative team with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bilingual Skills: Advanced spoken and written English & Spanish (Required).
- On-Site Availability: Ability to work 100% in-office / presencial during scheduled hours.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy when handling numbers and administrative records.
- Computer Proficiency: Skilled in MS Excel / Google Sheets with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, highly organized, and efficient.
