Funciones del puesto ( Job Functions ) – General:
- Responsable de la recopilación, ejecución y comunicación de las quejas de los clientes y otros registros e informes de vigilancia posteriores a la comercialización ( Responsible for the collection, execution and communication of customer complaints and other post market surveillance records and reports).
- Trabaja en colaboración con el equipo de soporte clínico y técnico de B. Braun y con el Departamento de Control de Calidad de las plantas de manufactura para garantizar que todos los expedientes de reclamos y los informes reglamentarios se comprenden, investigan y respondan a tiempo de acuerdo con los reglamentos y normas aplicables. (Works collaboratively with B. Braun's clinical & technical support team and manufacturing site quality assurance to ensure that all complaint files and regulatory reports are thoroughly understood, investigated and responded to in a timely fashion in accordance with applicable regulations and standards ).

Educación y Conocimiento Profesional ( Education and Professional Knowledge ):
- Grado Universitario o Técnico requerido, bilingüe (español e inglés) requerido. ( Bachelor's degree or Technical required, bilingual (Spanish/English) required.).
Experiencia (Experience):
2-4 años de experiencia relacionada. (2-4 years of work-related experience).
