Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Sobre el puesto

Responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de las cuentas clave asignadas dentro del Canal Moderno, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio mediante la gestión integral del cliente, la ejecución de planes comerciales, el análisis de información de mercado y la implementación de iniciativas orientadas a incrementar ventas, participación de mercado, rentabilidad y disponibilidad de las marcas.

Actúa como el principal punto de contacto operativo y comercial para las cuentas asignadas, garantizando una ejecución sobresaliente de los Joint Business Plans (JBP), actividades promocionales, visibilidad en punto de venta y análisis de desempeño Sell In y Sell Out.

Tus responsabilidades

• Administrar y desarrollar las cuentas clave asignadas
• Mantener relaciones sólidas con compradores, category managers, gerentes comerciales y tomadores de decisión
• Cumplimiento de KPI's y acuerdos comerciales
• Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y tendencias
• Planes comerciales y calendario promocional
• Lanzamientos e innovaciones
• Ejecución en PDV
• Análisis de información comercial/negocio y reportes e insights
• Administración de recursos

La experiencia que buscamos

• Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial o afines
• Sólida experiencia en el rol y Trade Marketing
• Experiencia en Canal Moderno y promotoría
• Sell In, Sell Out y KPI's
• Experiencia en Pharma, Consumo o afin
• Office y Power BI
