Job Description:
One Park Dominicana (“OPD”) is looking for successful, energetic, and goal-oriented inside sales professionals to join our growing team. You will be building lasting relationships with small business owners through fielding inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, texts, and emails. The ability to initiate and cultivate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions (and listen to the answers), manage a pipeline, and work your book of business are keys to success.
Requirements
- Dominican ID (mandatory)
- Goal-oriented and competitive individual
- Advanced English Skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Call Center experience (preferred)
- Schedule: 9 am -7 pm Monday through Friday (EST time)
- Availability for one Saturday per month
Benefits
- Avg. Monthly Salary RD$60,000 - RD$150,000 (Including commissions)
- Uncapped commissions
- Guaranteed commission of US$ 1,500 in three months (US$ 500 per month).
