Senior Key Account Manager Tecnologia B2B

En selectium estamos acompañando a una importante empresa de tecnología en la búsqueda de un/a Senior Key Account Manager para liderar su desarrollo comercial en República Dominicana. Buscamos un perfil con marcada visión de negocio, trayectoria comprobable en ventas consultivas B2B y capacidad para posicionarse como socio estratégico de clientes corporativos/enterprise.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para cuentas estratégicas.
- Liderar procesos de venta consultiva B2B de principio a fin y negociaciones de alto nivel.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y expansión en la cartera asignada.
- Construir y mantener relaciones de largo plazo con decisiones C-Level y stakeholders clave.
- Alcanzar y superar objetivos de revenue, margen y crecimiento.
- Gestionar el pipeline comercial y reportes a través de CRM.
REQUISITOS FUNDAMENTALES:
- Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas dentro de la industria tecnológica.
- Experiencia comprobable en gestión y desarrollo de cuentas corporativas/enterprise.
- Historial de éxito en cierre de negocios complejos y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Red de contactos desarrollada en el ecosistema tecnológico y empresarial de República Dominicana.
- Experiencia interactuando con niveles gerenciales y ejecutivos (C-Level).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio / avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Residencia en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.
SE VALORARÁ ESPECIALMENTE:
- Certificaciones en ventas consultivas o metodologías comerciales.
- Conocimiento en soluciones de CX, Ciberseguridad, Networking, IA, Cloud o Data Center.
- Experiencia en gestión de licitaciones y procesos corporativos complejos.
CONDICIONES Y PROPUESTA:
- Modalidad: Híbrida (Santo Domingo, República Dominicana).
- Jornada: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
