ANALISTA REVENUE ASSURANCE

Objetivo del puesto:
Asegurar la integridad, exactitud y completitud de los ingresos de la compañía mediante el análisis de datos, la identificación de fugas y riesgos financieros, y el diseño e implementación de controles preventivos y detectivos que contribuyan a minimizar pérdidas y garantizar el correcto flujo de ingresos del negocio.
Responsabilidades:
Analizar y validar las transacciones y los flujos de ingresos para identificar inconsistencias, diferencias, errores de registro y posibles fugas de ingresos.
Diseñar, implementar y monitorear controles preventivos y detectivos que permitan proteger los ingresos y mitigar los riesgos financieros.
Realizar conciliaciones y cruces de información entre fuentes y sistemas para verificar la integridad y consistencia de los datos relacionados con los ingresos.
Investigar las causas de las desviaciones identificadas, cuantificar su impacto potencial y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
Analizar tendencias, indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y patrones de comportamiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos que puedan afectar los ingresos.
Desarrollar, automatizar y optimizar consultas y procesos de extracción y análisis de datos mediante SQL.
Diseñar y mantener reportes, dashboards e indicadores en Power BI que faciliten el monitoreo de los ingresos y la toma de decisiones.
Colaborar con las áreas comerciales, financieras, de facturación, operaciones y tecnología en la evaluación de procesos, productos e iniciativas que puedan impactar los ingresos.
Preparar y presentar informes ejecutivos sobre hallazgos, riesgos identificados, impacto financiero y resultados de los controles implementados.
Prooponer mejoras continuas en los procesos de control y monitoreo para fortalecer el aseguramiento de ingresos y reducir las pérdidas financieras.
Requisitos:
Formación académica: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.
SQL avanzado: Dominio de consultas, extracción, cruce y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos, así como del desarrollo y la optimización de procesos de información.
Power BI: Experiencia en la creación, actualización y mantenimiento de reportes, dashboards e indicadores de gestión.
Excel avanzado: Manejo de herramientas para el análisis, validación y conciliación de información.
Análisis de datos: Capacidad para identificar inconsistencias, desarrollar controles, automatizar procesos y dar seguimiento a indicadores de gestión.
Inglés (intermedio).
