Propósito
Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio del área mediante el diseño y ejecución de estrategias de comunicación alineadas a la empresa. Desarrolla contenidos y mensajes clave, fomenta la participación de los colaboradores, mantiene actualizados los canales de comunicación y vela por la correcta imagen de la marca. Además, asegura el cumplimiento de políticas, y gestiona la relación con clientes internos y proveedores externos, incluyendo acciones de publicidad.
Responsabilidades
• Actuar como portavoz de la cultura enfocada en el cliente con miras a intensificar las relaciones con la clientela y aprovechar las relaciones, los sistemas y los conocimientos del Banco en general.
• Desarrollar contenidos y campañas internas para las unidades de servicio.
• Coordinación y logística de los programas y/o actividades de reconocimiento, concursos, etc.
• Apoyar y trabajar de la mano con diseñador gráfico para desarrollo de piezas comunicacionales
• Coordinar los canales de comunicaciones y por unidad de servicio
• Dar soporte a los proyectos que le sean asignados y en general disposición para las funciones inherentes al cargo.
• Realizar labores afines y complementarias adicionales, alineadas con los objetivos, valores, normas y ética de la organización, al garantizar la integridad y confidencialidad en el manejo de los recursos e información (electrónica y física), con el objetivo de contribuir a mantener un clima laboral eficiente, dinámico y donde se disfrute el trabajo fomentando los valores de la organización y el compromiso y satisfacción de los empleados.
• Comprender cómo debe considerarse el apetito por el riesgo y la cultura de riesgo del Banco en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
• Realiza operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas de acuerdo con los valores de Scotiabank, su Código de Conducta y los Principios Globales de Ventas, garantizando a la vez la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los controles de negocios diarios a fin de cumplir con las obligaciones respecto al riesgo operacional, el riesgo de incumplimiento regulatorio, el riesgo de lavado de dinero y de financiamiento al terrorismo y el riesgo de conducta.

Educacion - Experiencia
• Profesional en carreras afines/relacionadas con administración, comunicación, diseño y/o publicidad
• Deseable dominio de segundo idioma (inglés / español)
• Excelentes habilidades de organización con la capacidad de priorizar y tratar con una variedad de tareas y situaciones de manera continua.
• Excelentes y desarrolladas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
• Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
• Deseable dominio de inglés.
Horario: Lu-Vi 8:30a a 5:30pm - Sabados a requrimiento - Domingos libres.
