Job Description: We are looking for a Software Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring best practices, code quality, and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will lead development teams, make key technical decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor development teams ensuring high-quality delivery.
Review code, manage pull requests, and enforce best practices.
Design scalable and secure architecture.
Develop and maintain APIs using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with BA, QA, architects, infrastructure, security, and clients.
Support frontend-backend integration and validate implementations.
Manage Azure-based solutions and monitoring.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Coordinate deployments, releases, and environments (DEV/UAT/PROD).
Document architecture and technical solutions.

Requirements

Years of Experience and Education:

5 + years in software development.

2 + years in technical leadership roles.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (required).

Equivalent experience may substitute formal education.

Experience as Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Software Architect.
Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills.
Experience in Agile environments.
Knowledge of software architecture, integrations, and cloud/hybrid environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
