Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Work Arrangement: 100% RemoteCompensation: US$5 per hourAvailability: Full availability required About the Role Hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers remotely. We are looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication skills and reliable home-working conditions. Requirements Must currently live in Santo Domingo. Must speak and understand English fluently. Must pass an English-language assessment. Must have full schedule availability. Must have reliable high-speed internet. Must have a working inverter or backup-power system. Must provide proof of the inverter or backup-power system. Must have a quiet, professional home workspace. Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable assisting customers. Previous customer-service or call-center experience is preferred. Responsibilities Assist customers professionally by phone and through other assigned channels. Answer questions and provide accurate information. Document customer interactions correctly. Follow company procedures and service standards. Escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain professionalism, attendance, and punctuality. Protect confidential customer and company information.
