Bookkeeping Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist with a strong background in bookkeeping to support our financial operations. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in QuickBooks , bank reconciliation , tenant billing , and accounts payable . You’ll be working closely with our property management team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data
Handle tenant billing , including rent invoices, late fees, and adjustments
Process and track accounts payable , including vendor invoices and payments
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Collaborate with our team for any financial queries or clarifications
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping (minimum 2 years preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification is a plus)
Knowledge of tenant billing and property management accounting
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and payables
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
