Especialista en Entrenamiento a clientes
Buscamos un responsable de entrenamiento para desarrollar programas de formación innovadores que potencie la experiencia del cliente.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar y ejecutar sesiones de onboarding para nuevos clientes, asegurando que comprendan las principales funcionalidades de la plataforma.
- Diseñar y actualizar guías, tutoriales y materiales de capacitación adaptados al perfil del cliente.
- Realizar un seguimiento proactivo de los clientes durante las primeras semanas para resolver dudas, identificar obstáculos y medir el nivel de adopción del sistema.
- Recolectar feedback de los usuarios y proponer mejoras en los procesos de incorporación.
- Colaborar con los equipos de soporte y ventas para asegurar una transición fluida entre la venta y el inicio del uso de la plataforma.
- Documentar las interacciones con los clientes en el CRM, incluyendo incidencias y avances en el onboarding.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, capacitación o gestión de cuentas, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS o plataformas tecnológicas.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y sencilla.
- Capacidad para identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones efectivas.
- Conocimiento básico de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) y plataformas de videoconferencia (Zoom, Teams).
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera proactiva, organizada y orientada al detalle.
