Position: Front Office / Customer Service Representative Location: Santiago, Dominican Republic Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Generate sales leads that convert into new customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools to resolve customer inquiries.
- Address customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within established deadlines, following up to ensure resolution.
- Receive and process customer orders and maintain organized files.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies during order processing.
- University student or recent graduate.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Current residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic (mandatory).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive with the ability to make decisions for the benefit of service.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Availability to work on holidays and weekends as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in telephone sales is a plus.
- Indefinite / Permanent Contract
