We are seeking an experienced trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating our customers on the features of software through remote training sessions. Strong communicator with the ability to inspire clients to maximize the use of the software’s features.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling client training sessions
  • Perform engaging and interactive virtual training sessions with clients.
  • Explain key features and functionalities.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and best practice documents.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the software.
  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training manuals for technology platforms to serve as valuable resources for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to ability to learn new software systems easily
  • Previous experience in CX roles such as software trainer, onboarding specialist, customer success, or sales.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Native American English accent
  • Ability to explain concepts in simple, understandable terms
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials
  • Understanding of SaaS and ERP concepts (preferred)
  • Background in the construction industry (a plus)
