We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. **Key Requirements:**
- Previous experience in Technical Support or Customer Service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and technical tools.
- English proficiency (B2 or higher).
