Ubicación: Nigua Free Zone (modalidad presencial) Horario: Lunes a viernes (sábado ocasional según operación) Salario: RD$ 45,500.00 Sobre el rol: Buscamos un(a) Data Entry Clerk para integrarse a un equipo operativo, responsable de garantizar el registro, validación y mantenimiento preciso de información en sistemas internos. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la calidad de los datos, contribuir al seguimiento de indicadores y apoyar la generación de reportes que respaldan la toma de decisiones. Responsabilidades principales:
- Ingresar y actualizar información en sistemas operativos y administrativos.
- Validar la exactitud y consistencia de los datos registrados.
- Gestionar y mantener actualizados registros relacionados con operaciones, inventario o facturación.
- Elaborar reportes básicos, tablas y gráficas.
- Apoyar el seguimiento y actualización de indicadores de desempeño (KPI’s).
- Identificar discrepancias en los datos y reportarlas oportunamente.
- Organizar documentación digital y cumplir con estándares de calidad y confidencialidad.
- Atender requerimientos de información de equipos internos.
- Estudios técnicos o universitarios en áreas como Administración, Logística, Sistemas o afines
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en posiciones de data entry, soporte administrativo o manejo de datos.
- Experiencia en uso de sistemas de registro o ERPs.
- Experiencia elaborando reportes o trabajando con métricas (deseable).
- Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel (uso de fórmulas, tablas, gráficas).
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
- Capacidad para trabajar con información numérica y grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Inglés intermedio (lectura, escritura y conversación funcional).
