Trabajamos con estándares internacionales y buscamos fortalecer nuestra presencia digital global a través de estrategias modernas, contenido profesional y automatización con inteligencia artificial. Descripción del puesto Buscamos un Community Manager integral, con capacidad creativa, técnica y analítica, que gestione la identidad digital de la empresa y lidere nuestras campañas publicitarias y de comunicación. El rol combina creatividad visual, estrategia comercial y tecnología, siendo clave en la expansión digital de Satcom Lat a nivel internacional. Responsabilidades Gestionar y optimizar redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Diseñar artes publicitarias y contenido audiovisual (reels, videos, historias, banners, animaciones). Actualizar y mantener sitios web WordPress y landing pages. Crear y ejecutar campañas publicitarias (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Desarrollar y gestionar campañas de email marketing masivo y automatizaciones. Atender y dar seguimiento a leads a través de WhatsApp Business con inteligencia artificial. Administrar y segmentar bases de datos de clientes para futuras campañas. Analizar métricas y resultados para optimizar las estrategias digitales. Trabajar de forma coordinada con la dirección general para proyectar la marca a nuevos mercados. Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 2 años en marketing digital, community management o diseño de contenido. Manejo avanzado de Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere o CapCut. Conocimientos de WordPress, SEO básico, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite y Mailchimp. Dominio de estrategias de publicidad digital y generación de leads. Excelentes habilidades de redacción, ortografía y storytelling. Persona responsable, creativa, organizada y orientada a resultados. Residencia en Punta Cana o disponibilidad inmediata para laborar de forma presencial. Ofrecemos Sueldo competitivo acorde a experiencia y desempeño.
