Reclutamos: Project Manager (Proceso Confidencial) Moore & Fabián Consulting está en búsqueda de un/a Project Manager para una empresa cliente especializada en implementación de Odoo ERP, desarrollo y transformación operativa para empresas. ¿Qué harás? Liderar la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos de implementación de Odoo y mejora funcional Coordinar equipos técnicos, funcionales, de soporte y administración Ser el punto de contacto operativo con el cliente durante todo el proyecto Gestionar riesgos, cambios y dependencias con trazabilidad documentada Asegurar la aceptación formal de entregables y el cierre exitoso de cada proyecto ¿Qué buscamos? Profesional o estudiante avanzado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Gestión de Proyectos o afines Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios Experiencia deseable en implementación de Odoo u otros ERP Habilidad para documentar, comunicar con claridad y sostener conversaciones con clientes sin perder el control del alcance Conocimientos deseables: PMBOK/PMI, metodologías ágiles o híbridas Perfil ideal: una persona organizada, firme sin ser rígida, con criterio para escalar decisiones y capacidad de gobernar la ejecución — no solo dar seguimiento.
