Our integrated healthcare model combines primary care, psychiatry, psychology, physical therapy, infusion therapy, nutrition, wellness, and preventive medicine to improve the overall health and quality of life of our patients. As our services continue to expand, we are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, or Nursing Assistants to join our growing healthcare team. ⸻ Position Summary The Nurse or Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care while supporting physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position plays an essential role in patient assessment, treatment, infusion services, medication administration, patient education, wellness programming, and care coordination. The successful candidate will work in both traditional outpatient clinical settings and innovative wellness programs, assisting with comprehensive care for veterans participating in medical, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and preventive health programs. ⸻ Primary Responsibilities Direct Patient Care

• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Perform patient intake and nursing assessments.
• Prepare patients for medical examinations and procedures.
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during patient visits.
• Administer medications as ordered and permitted by licensure.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Monitor patient condition and report significant findings.
• Collect laboratory specimens when required.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Assist with patient discharge instructions and follow-up.

⸻ Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license (or eligibility for licensure in the Dominican Republic).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
