Customer Service Support Agent

We are looking for an agent to provide Client Service through phone and emails. As well as product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face. Some of the main responsibilities are:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Follow up with the Excursion suppliers on all different complaints reported by the clients or other colleagues.
  • Manage all duties related with the facing clients colleagues operations such as desk hours, welcome briefing invitations, entrance to hotels, etc.
  • Manage the accommodation in case of charter flight cancellations and prepare the General Flight Delay Report.
Some of the main requirements are:
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Experience in Call Center is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Advanced English skills is a must (written and spoken).
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
