Location: Santiago, Dominican Republic (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate — must be available to start soon Starting Salary: RD$45,000+ per month, with strong potential to earn more based on performance About the Role We are looking for a motivated, English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santiago. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves a great impression. If you're fluent in English, organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Days Hours Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday Closed What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in clear, professional English Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders Keep detailed and organized records using Microsoft Office tools Work with other departments to make sure customer needs are met Maintain a positive, friendly, and solution-focused attitude at all times What We're Looking For Fluent English — excellent spoken and written communication skills (required) Proven customer service experience in a previous role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Available to start soon Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with CRM software or a call-center environment What We Offer Competitive starting salary of RD$45,000/month with real room to grow and earn more A stable, predictable schedule — Sundays always off A supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for advancement based on performance How to Apply Send your resume in English to Ver el correo electrónico en do.trabajosdiarios.com or call Ver el número de teléfono en do.trabajosdiarios.comVacante publicada el 23 días atrás
