Empresa dedicada a la provisión de servicios de hospitalidad se encuentra en la búsqueda de perfiles talentosos y entusiastas para desarrollarse como Villa Spcialist. En esta posición serás el encargado de brindar un servicio excepcional a los huéspedes de nuestras exclusivas villas, garantizando que su experiencia sea inolvidable. Este rol requiere un equilibrio entre habilidades operativas, atención al detalle y una actitud proactiva para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes de lujo. Serás responsable de coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la estancia de los huéspedes, asegurando que cada servicio se lleve a cabo con la más alta calidad, con un enfoque personalizado y orientado a la excelencia.
Responsabilidades Específicas:
- Gestionar la inclusión de nuevas villas al inventario según los procedimientos establecidos, incluyendo el CRM.
- Crear y gestionar los listings de las villas.
- Procesar, manejar, almacenar, organizar y distribuir adecuadamente los contenidos escritos y visuales de los listings.
- Realizar la entrada de datos necesaria para mantener actualizados los listings en el sistema.
- Crear y personalizar itinerarios de viaje basados en las preferencias y necesidades de los clientes.
- Investigar y seleccionar destinos, actividades, alojamientos, y opciones de transporte que cumplan con los requisitos del cliente.
- Reservar y confirmar vuelos, alojamientos, transporte terrestre y actividades.
- Gestionar cambios de itinerario y resolver cualquier problema logístico que surja durante el viaje.
- Colaborar con proveedores locales para asegurar servicios de alta calidad.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salario base + Comisiones + Beneficios de Ley
Requisitos:- Grado en Mercadeo / Administración de Empresas / Turismo / Publicidad o áreas afines a la posición.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el sector de hospitalidad / viajes / turismo.
- Domicilio en Bávaro / Punta Cana.
- Dominio Avanzado del idioma Inglés (Indispensable).
- Dominio de Microsoft Office.
- Experiencia con CRM.
