About the Company:

CGK is a fast-growing home and bedding company with a portfolio of brands across sheets, pillows, mattress protection, comforters, and other sleep essentials. We sell primarily through Amazon and DTC, with a strong focus on building better products, stronger brands, and high-performing creative.

Our creative team works across everything from product launches and Amazon listings to websites, packaging, campaigns, and brand development. We move quickly, test often, and care a lot about both great design and commercial performance.

About the Role:

We’re looking to hire a strong, highly independent Senior E-commerce & Brand Designer who can work across e-commerce, digital, and brand design. They should have excellent taste and craft, and be able to take a brief, understand the objective, and execute at a high level without heavy creative direction or hand-holding.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce & Brand Designer specifically with these requirements:

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong e-commerce and digital design.
• 4+ years of design experience, with hands-on experience in e-commerce design.
• Advanced Figma skills, including creating production-ready designs and scalable design systems.
• Excellent layout, typography, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused e-commerce creative.
• Experience designing across multiple e-commerce formats, including Amazon, DTC websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, packaging, and product launches.
• Experience designing Amazon listing images and A+ Content.
• Strong Photoshop skills, including product retouching, compositing, and image manipulation.
• Experience with packaging and print production.
• Comfortable using AI tools, including AI-assisted product imagery and new creative workflows.
• Experience developing visual directions, color palettes, or patterns for product launches.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong visual QA standards.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Own end-to-end creative for product launches across Amazon, DTC, packaging, and digital channels.
• Translate creative briefs and brand direction into strong, conversion-focused visual concepts and final assets.
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and storefront assets.
• Design landing pages, product pages, and campaign creative focused on conversion.
• Develop and maintain scalable Figma design systems across brands, SKUs, and product launches.
• Create packaging, inserts, and production-ready print files.
• Retouch and composite product photography, including AI-assisted imagery where appropriate.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, growth, creative, leadership, and external partners from concept through deployment.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Continuously improve visual standards and explore new creative tools and workflows.
