Support Service Representative

Provide support for Jostens jewelry and graduation products to consumers, internal/external representatives, and bookstores via phone, e-mail, or written communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Importance Accountability Time- Rep Service Rep requests in regard to money 60%
- Handling some types of consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone and written communications relating to orders, status, requests, and general information. 10%
- Open mail and direct to appropriate departments or respond to consumers. Correspond in writing on consumer requests. 10%
- Interface with plant and other departments to resolve questions and problems 10%
- Team participation and responsibilities and special projects. 10%
